This week Young Learners 4-5 have been learning about The Qur’aan (Story of Revelation) during their Islamic Studies class. This involved a class discussion about how and when it was revealed as well as showing the children a map which aided as a visual to explain that some surahs were revealed while the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallāhu alaihi Wasallam) was in Makkah and some surahs while he was in Madina. The children then went on to complete a worksheet by filling in the gaps using the words provided.
