About Qur’an School

Students start with the Arabic alphabet, progress to reading from the Mushaf whilst learning tajwīd rules, and move on to memorising the Qur’ān.

Homework is set to help reinforce learning at home and support their progress.

Qur’ān School takes place Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 5pm-7pm, during term time. The current fees For Qur’ān School are £36 per month.

Class Rules & Expectations

Children must wear Islamic clothing
Boys: Thobe or Long Khamees
Girls: Hijaab and Abaya
Children must arrive 5 minutes before the lesson starts
Children must be collected on time as soon as the lesson ends
Books are purchasable from the Masjid: Read Book, Bridge Book, Juz Amma and the Tajwīd Mushaf.
