The Prophet ﷺ said: “When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.” (Sahīh Muslim)
Alhamdulillāh, our Online Salafi School has been running successfully. We set it up to help parents give their children a strong Islamic education from home. Lessons are taught live by experienced teachers, following the Qur’ān and Sunnah.
In the Online Qur’ān School, children will learn to recite the Qur’ān with correct tajwīd, and move on to memorisation. In Islamic Studies, children will learn the pillars of Islām, study the life of the Prophet ﷺ (Sīrah) and understand the basics of worship and rulings (Fiqh), among other essential topics.
Workbooks are provided, and lessons are easy to follow. We hope children will enjoy and benefit, in shā’ Allāh.
Our Aim

Alhamdulillāh, we have been running our Salafi School at the masjid for over 12 years, and now these same lessons are available online, so families everywhere can benefit.
What the Classes Cover
Qur’ān School
Students will be assessed and depending on their level will go through either of the three stages:
- Read Book
- Fluency Book
- Hifdh (Memorisation).
Students will learn the makhaarij of letters (articulation of letters) and learn to read small words whilst also covering the rules of Tajweed. Once competent they will move on to learning to recite with fluency. Thereafter we have students start our aim which is to start Hifdh (memorisation) of the Qur’aan and continue on.
Islamic Studies
Our Islamic Studies topics are focussed around:

The basics of Islām and correct belief (ʿAqīdah).

Methodology upon the Sunnah.

The life of the Prophet ﷺ (Sīrah).

Understanding of worship and rulings (Fiqh).
Classes will continue on to develop further on these topics. Within the lesson the teacher assesses students through interactive group discussions, questions and answers in student workbooks.
