Is it a group flight or can we book our own?

This is a group flight to ensure everyone travels together, especially beneficial for families with children. If someone needs to arrange their own flight, please speak to us directly.

Can I extend my stay or return on a different date?

This package is designed for group travel, but if you need to extend your stay or return later, please let us know early — we’ll check what’s possible with the travel agent.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans which makes it easier to budget and spread the cost.

Is there a deposit, and when is the full payment due?

Yes — a £300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space. After that, you’ll pay in seperate instalments based on your room type.

Is there a family discount?

We’ll do our best to accommodate and support larger families — speak to us for tailored arrangements if needed.

Are there any hidden costs?

No — all core costs are clearly listed. You’ll only need additional money for meals outside breakfast, shopping or personal expenses.

Do you offer an upfront payment discount?

Yes, we will outline the prices, depending on room, at time of booking.

Is the flight direct or with a stopover?

Yes, all flights are direct:

• Departure: Manchester to Jeddah, 1st September 2026
• Return: Madinah to Jeddah, then Jeddah to Manchester, 11th September 2026

Are checked-in bags included?

Yes — each person in Guest Class is allowed 2 checked bags, each up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Is transport included in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Private air-conditioned ground transport is included throughout the trip. This covers all airport transfers and hotel transfers.

Are the rooms shared or private?

Families will have private rooms, in shā’ Allāh. Room sizes vary (double, triple, quad), and we’ll accommodate preferences where possible.

Is breakfast or any food included?

Yes — breakfast is included at both hotels.

Where are the hotels located?

We have chosen premium hotels located just minutes from the Haram in both Makkah and Madinah, suitable for families.

• Makkah: Address Jabal Omar Hotel – a 5-star hotel in the Jabal Omar complex, 5–7 minutes from Masjid al-Haram.
• Madinah: Pullman Zam Zam — a 5-star hotel, steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, excellent choice for families.

Is there a shuttle service from the hotel?

In Makkah, a free shuttle is available and drops off near Jabal Omar Conrad, which is useful for elders, those less mobile or anyone wanting easier access to restaurants in that area.

Is this package suitable for families with children?

Absolutely. This Umrah is designed to be family-friendly. We include:

• A special children’s workshop and workbook
• Fun activities such as quad biking
• Guidance on travelling with children

Who’s responsible for the children during the trip?

Parents are responsible for supervising their own children at all times unless a different arrangement is clearly made in advance.

Will there be separate activities for children and adults?

The trip is designed for families to experience together, and we’ll also provide opportunities for children to engage in age-appropriate educational activities.

What happens if a child gets separated?

While it’s extremely unlikely, we’ll provide all children with lanyards containing emergency contact information as a precaution. Parents are expected to supervise their children at all times.

Do kids need to wear ihram?

Yes — children participating in Umrah should wear ihram. We’ll provide guidance on how to dress your child appropriately and make the process comfortable for them.

What documents are needed?

Each child (& adult) will need a valid passport and an appropriate visa. We’ll assist you with the visa application process and provide all necessary information.

What if I’ve never been to Saudi Arabia before?

Don’t worry — we’ll send a detailed itinerary and helpful preparation material once your booking is confirmed, in shā’ Allāh. We will provide you with tips for your Umrah, advice on food options near the Haramayn and a checklist of essentials to help you prepare, in shā’ Allāh.

Will there be reminders or talks during the trip?

Yes — throughout the journey, we’ll have short reminders and discussions to enhance the spiritual experience and provide practical guidance.

Will there be any learning materials provided?

Yes — before the trip, we’ll provide Umrah workbooks and guides tailored for both adults and children. These resources are designed to help everyone understand the rituals and significance of Umrah.
