Our Young Learners Continue Learning About Ramadan!

Written by Admin on . Posted in , .

The children in class 5-6 started their Islamic Studies lesson by colouring in the countdown calendar. Countdowns are a useful utility for children to know that something will be complete or will happen at some point. The children then went on to discuss what happens at ‘Iftar’ time. Iftar is the Arabic word for the evening meal which Muslims end their Fasts at sunset. The children then went on to complete a fun task of drawing foods that they would like to eat or help cook with their families.
