👥Brothers & Sisters all Welcome

📢 Ramadhaan 2019 Announcement

The Month of Ramadhaan will commence today from Maghrib and the first fast will be tomorrow insh’Allāh. We begin the Tarāweeh prayer tonight after the Ishaa’ prayer at 10:30pm. On Friday this will change to 10:45pm.

Car Parking & Neighbours

As a general reminder for those attending the masjid please park your cars 🚗 properly and safely within the car park and on the surrounding streets- taking care not to block driveways. Also as we are praying late it’s important that we are quiet when coming and leaving so as not to disturb our neighbours 🏡.

Security

There will be security during the night prayer outside – Allah reward the brothers. However please still be vigilant as it is late.

Sisters Side Information

The sisters side of the masjid will be open 🚪 for the Salah. And for the benefit of the all sisters praying, we will have the air conditioning unit on throughout the prayer. ✅ We advise sisters that if they cannot manage standing close to the AC (due to the cold) please move to another area of the musallah.

There will be refreshments and snacks for sale at the end of taraweeh, outside the masjid. All proceeds will go toward our masjid wudhu area and play area appeals. For more details or to donate, then go to SalafiCentre.com/playground and Salaficentre.com/donate.

Important Message About Zakat.

Alhamdulillah we have some good connections at the masjid with trustworthy brothers and sisters in various countries, where there are poor muslims in need. Places include Egypt, Nigeria, Uganda, Pakistan and more; and the brothers and sisters there, assist with this for Allah’s sake.

Each year we appoint those whom we know and trust to distribute some of this, and from it included Zakat al Fitr.. often times this is left a few until the last moment. However to get this arranged for so many people it is important that it is not delayed in paying it, if you need help in distributing it, and are not doing so yourself.

Please refer to the poster for more information on all the types of Zakat / payments we collect and distribute, including fidyah (meal payments for those allowed to pay in replacement for fasts). For the full information on this please check the following link: salaficentre.com/zakaah

May Allah allow us to reach this Blessed Month, forgive us all of our sins and grant us jannah.

Benefits of studying with Al-Ibaanah?

This will be an exciting chance for people to finally break the ice and dive into the language; studying it in an immersive classroom. Ibaanah Arabic is known for giving students the confidence to converse in the language by bringing it to the front of studies.

The Ibaanah program has been developed to provide students with the necessary foundation and training needed to enhance rapid learning along with gradual skill building techniques. The focus of the program is to provide a complete foundation in the Arabic language, equipping students with all the necessary components for understanding and usage.

This course will aid the student in many aspects of their religion; it will provide the student with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the Quran, Sunnah, increase khushoo during the prayer, be able to listen to Arabic lectures, attend sittings of knowledge held by the Scholars and understand, read both secular and religious texts (modern and classical) with strong comprehension, write and speak correctly, applying the principles he/she has studied.
